Classes: Full refund will be issued if requested classes are already closed or if a class is cancelled by Spanish for Business. Request for refunds on a class not cancelled by Spanish for Business must be made before the deadline date of the class. No refunds will be made on requests received after that date. A $20 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is cancelled or meeting times or locations are changed by Spanish for Business.Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Collections costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.
