Classes: Full refund will be issued if requested classes are already closed or if a class is cancelled by Spanish for Business. Request for refunds on a class not cancelled by Spanish for Business must be made before the deadline date of the class. No refunds will be made on requests received after that date. A $20 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is cancelled or meeting times or locations are changed by Spanish for Business.
Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Collections costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.
